介绍了科技信息服务体系建设现状,提出在农业科技信息服务体系建设中要加强资源建设,建立共建共享机制;加强各部门整体协调,联合推进信息服务体系建设;建立健全服务体系运行和服务机制,增强可持续发展能力。
The present situation of the construction of scientific and technical information service system was introduced. And it was proposed to strengthen information resources construction, to establish integrated sharing mechanism, to enhance the coordination of related department in scientific and technical information service system in agriculture, to jointly promote construction of information service system, as well as to establish and improve the operation and service mechanism to enhance capability of sustainable development.
