结合马克思主义整部关系理论,对信息时代图书馆员进行了角色定位,并从微观的个人自身发展和宏观的馆员队伍建设角度进行了分析和阐述。
The role of librarian in information age was positioned in combination of the whole-part relationship of Marxism. And in the view of individual development at micro level and librarian troop construction at macro level, it was analyzed and elaborated.
