摘要
介绍了我国遥感信息技术的发展及应用现状,提出了中长期发展的战略思想、方针、目标、组织原则以及深化我国遥感信息领域改革的建议。
The current situation of development and application of information technology of remote sensing in China was described. The strategic connotation, guidelines, goals, organization＇,d principles of its long-term development were proposed with recommendations on deepening reform in the field of remote sensing information.
