复方珍珠暗疮胶囊中黄芩苷含量测定

Determination of Baicalin in the Pearl Acne Compound Capsule

建立了HPLC法测定复方珍珠暗疮胶囊中黄芩的有效成分黄芩苷含量的方法.采用C18柱,流速1 mL/min、流动相水相（取庚烷磺酸钠0.40 g,磷酸二氢钠3.90 g,加水溶解并稀释至1 000 mL）-甲醇（56：44）,用冰乙酸调pH至3.40;检测波长275 nm.结果表明：黄芩苷在0.49-5.88μg线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 7,回收率为99.32%,RSD为0.9%（n=6）.该法适用于复方珍珠暗疮胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定.

The determination of the content of the active ingredient of the compound pearl acne capsules,baicalin by HPLC was established.Using C18 column,flow rate of 1 mL/min;Aqueous phase（extracted from n-heptane sulfonate 0.40 g,sodium dihydrogen phosphate 3.90 g,dissolved in water and diluted to 1 000 mL） -methanol（56：44）,with pH adjusted to 3.40 with glacial acetic acid;detection wavelength： 275 nm.Baicalin in the range of 0.49-5.88 μg a good linear relationship,with correlation coefficient of 0.999 7,recovery was 99.32 %,RSD of 0.9 %（n=6）.
