火炭母与粗毛火炭母的比较鉴定研究

A Study on Comparative Identification of Polygonum chinense L. and Polygonum chinense L.var.hispidum Hook.f.

通过对药材火炭母的2个基源(蓼科植物火炭母及其变种粗毛火炭母的全草)进行比较鉴定研究,采用性状、显微鉴定及薄层色谱法研究药材的鉴别特征,比较两者的不同,结果表明:两者茎横切面组织特征基本一致,但粉末特征和薄层色谱有较明显区别;与火炭母比较,粗毛火炭母粉末有大量多细胞非腺毛;薄层色谱中槲皮素斑点明显较小较模糊,其他斑点也互有一定差异.研究结果为火炭母药材的应用提供了鉴定依据,并建议2010年版中国药典只收载资源分布较广的基源火炭母一种.

The techniques of macroscopic,microscopic identification and TLC were used to determine the pharmacognostical characters of the crude drug ＂Herba Polygoni chinensis＂（Polygonum chinense L.and Polygonum chinense L.var.hispidum Hook.f.）.Microscopic observations showed that both of the tissue structures of the stems of the two were very similar.However,the powder of Polygonum chinense L.var.hispidum Hook.f.had plenty of multicellular non glandular hair compared with Polygonum chinense L..At the same time, the quercetin spot of the former is much smaller and fuzzier than the later.Other differences can also be found among the TLC spots.The results provide a scientific basis for the identification of the plant drug and suggest that Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2010） should only record the more widely distributed Polygonum chinense L.as the crude drug.
