民族地区中小公司盈利能力、成长性及股权融资研究

Study of Profitability,Growth and Equity Financing of the Small-Medium Listed Company in Nationalities Regions

对我国5个民族自治区共93个上市公司,按照股本以及是否有股权再融资,作了划分,选取了所有上市公司最近3个多年度的净资产收益率、主营业务收入增长率和资产负债率指标,用各自的均值进行了对比分析,探讨了我国民族地区的上市公司特别是中小上市公司的盈利能力、成长性、资产负债率和股权融资情况,得出了我国民族地区的中小上市公司盈利能力比该地区大上市公司弱;民族地区大多数上市公司的资产负债率较高,股权融资相对不足等结论.

There are totally 93 listed companies in five nationalities autonomous regions in our country,and they can be divided into small-medium and big listed companies according to certain standards.In order to discuss the situation of profitability,growth ability,debt ratio and equity financing of these listed companies,especially small-medium listed companies in nationalities autonomous regions,this paper chooses more than 3 annual year′s data of return rate of equity,main revenue growth rate and debt ratio of all listed companies,and compares them with each one′s own mean value.Some conclusions can be drawn that the profitability of the small-medium listed companies in nationalities region is weaker than that of big companies,and the debt ratio of most listed companies in nationalities region is higher and their equity financing is comparatively limited.
