摘要
指出了从西部大开发以来,我国更加重视民族地区的经济发展,加强了对该地区企业的投资.统计了民族地区上市公司在2000-2008年的投资及其效率后,分析了该地区上市公司非效率投资的原因,并从外部治理环境等方面提出了相关改进的措施.
Since the western region is developed,Chinese government pay more attention to economic development in ethnic areas,and investments in the companies of these region are strengthened.On the basis of statistics of the investment and its efficiency of listed companies of 2000-2008 in ethnic areas,this paper analyses the reasons of non-efficiency investments of listed companies in these region,and puts forward relevant measures from external governance environment.
