摘要 蒸汽冷却器是采用直流锅炉的船用蒸汽动力装置的关键设备,主要用于保证直流锅炉汽水系统启停和低负荷工况稳定运行,其安全可靠运行直接关系到整个动力装置的安全可靠性。本文在对蒸汽冷却器传热管进行适当简化的基础上,利用ANSYS软件对蒸汽冷却器的2种载荷工况进行了有限元分析,计算出了每根传热管各个部分的动态应力应变特性,并根据其材料的低周疲劳应力——寿命曲线,对传热管的疲劳强度进行了校核,可以为蒸汽冷却器设备的设计、运行及使用提供技术指导。 Steam cooler is the key equipment of ship's steam power plan about using once-through boiler. It is mostly used to ensured steam-water system of once-through boiler's running steadily when it starts or stop,and in the condition of low load. Its safe running is related to the whole power plant's safety directly. The report makes finite element analysis to the two load conditions about steam cooler by using the software of Ansys base on taking proper simplification to steam cooler's heat transfer pipes. And then make checking to heat transfer pipes' fatigue intensity base on the worked out characteristic of dynamic stress and strain and the material's low cycle fatigue stress and life curve. Can offer technique guilds to the design, running and using of steam cooler.
