海水蒸发器水位监控系统研究

摘要 讨论了船舶动力装置海水蒸发器水位监控系统的控制原理和控制算法,着重介绍了海水蒸发器水位监控陆上台架试验系统的软、硬件设计。该试验系统采用水位和给水流量的复合控制方法,使用智能监控仪表、电磁流量计、磁致伸缩水位传感器和一体化铂电阻温度计,实现海水蒸发器水位的实时监控。 The principle and arithmetic of the water level monitor system of seawater evaporation plant on marine power plant is discussed in this paper,and the dedign of software and hardware of on-land frame experiment monitor system is emphasized. The compound control method that includes water level and feed water flux is adopted in this monitor system. Through the use of intelligent monitor instrument, electromagnetic flowmeter, magnetostrictive water level sensor and integrative platinum resistance thermometer,real-time monitor of the water level of seawater evaporation plant is realized.
