摘要
研究了影响鱼雷装填的主要因素,提出了利用定位标模拟雷弹装填操作的关键物理量,利用激光测量系统对激光定位标精确定位,并经过数据后处理得到变形结果的测量方案。该方案变直接测量为间接测量,思路新颖,原理正确,测量精度比原有手工测试方案提高1个数量级,消除了人为测量误差,提高了测量的自动化水平。该测量方案也可应用到其他测量领域。
This paper analyses the main factor of torpedo loading operation and proposes a new measure method,which uses laser tracker to localize target ball to simulate the key physical data of torpedo loading operation. This method, which has been proved correct in theory, works in indirect measurement mode rather than direct measurement mode. Compared to conventional mebtod,its resolution is improved 1 order of magnitude and its automatic level is improved too. The implementation of the scheme in the submarine has proved that the method is operable and advanced. This method can be applied to other distortion measurement field.
