The application of project management in the pre-research of navy architecture

项目管理已经成功应用到航天、软件开发等诸多领域,取得了卓越的成效,但在船舶总体设计研制领域尚没有得到有效的运用。通过项目管理方法在舰船行业国防预先研究工作中应用方法的探讨,提出组织结构形式和基本应用方法,为在舰船型号研制中推广应用项目管理技术提供一个基础。

With the application of project management, greeat effect have been made in aerospace and software development, but it has not been used effectively in navy architecture yet. In this paper, basic theory and method of project management are discussed in the pre-research of nary architure,and it witl be usefull for the popularizing of project management in the research and desing of navy architecture.
