树舌多糖的分离纯化、分子量分布及单糖组成研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分离、纯化树舌总多糖,获得均一多糖。对均一多糖的分子量、重均分子量及组成糖进行分析。方法分离纯化采用DEAE离子交换色谱法;高效液相色谱法、示差折光检测器测定多糖组分的重均分子量(Mw);气-质联用法测定单糖组成。结果得到组分Ⅰ、组分Ⅱ、组分Ⅲ三种组分。其分子量分布及单糖组成不同,含有8种单糖,组分Ⅰ、Ⅲ主要由葡萄糖组成。 Object:To isolate and purify the total Ganoderma applanatum Polysaccharides,obtain homogeneous polysaccharide,analyze the molecular weight and the weight-average molecular weight and composition of Ganoderma applanatum polysaccharides.Methods:Gap were isolated and purified by DEAE 52 Ion-exchanged and sephadexG10 column chromatography;Molecular weight and Mr were determined by HPLC with RI detector;composition of monosaccharide were determined by GC.Results:Ganoderma applanatum polysaccharides was composed of three polysaccharide constitutes with different molecular weight distribution;and eight kinds of monosaccharide,GapsⅠ、GapsⅢmainly composed of D-glucose.
