牛乳铁素是由牛乳铁蛋白在酸性条件下经胃蛋白酶消化后产生的多肽,具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗炎症和免疫调节等多种生物学功能,可应用于多个方面。综述了牛乳铁素结构、功能、作用机制、制备及应用的研究进展。
Bovine lactoferricin is a type of peptide which is released from bovine lactoferrin through proteolysis by pepsin under acidic conditions.It possesses various biological functions,including antibacterial,antiviral,antitumor and immunological activities.Bovine lactoferricin are used to many applications for these functions.Research advances in bovine lactoferricin were discussed in this article,especially the structure,function,action mechanism and manufacture.
