摘要
采用漂浮育苗方法,研究不同水平的氮肥形态对两种烟草(云烟201,MS云87)幼苗生长及某些生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,不同品种的烟苗对不同形态氮肥及其不同施用水平所作的生理生化响应都表现出品种的遗传型差异,但也表现出共同特性:蛋白质含量随各形态氮肥施用水平的增高而增大;硝态氮不利于烟苗生长和可溶性糖的积累;铵态氮、硝酸铵、酰胺态氮氮肥有利于可溶性糖积累,其含量除在特高施用水平50mmol·L-1受到抑制外,是随施用水平的增高而增大;烟苗的生长及其硝酸还原酶活性对各形态氮肥的最佳适应水平表现在10mmol·L-1。综合比较认为硝酸铵是较好的苗肥。
The present study was undertaken to study the effects of different forms and levels of nitrogen fertilizer on the growth and some physio-biochemical parameters on seedlings of tobacco variety Yunyan 201 and MS Yun 87 using floating-seedling system.Significant genotypic differences under the different forms and levels of N fertilizer have been observed: the protein content increased with increasing level(0-50 mmol/L) of different form of nitrogen fertilizer.NH4-N,NH4NO3 and NH2-N fertilizers were found to be beneficial for the accumulation of soluble sugar,as an increase was observed with increasing levels of nitrogen fertilizers,except the highest nitrogen level 50 mmol / L.However,NO3-N fertilizer was not found to be beneficial for the growth and accumulation of soluble sugars in tobacco seedlings.The growth of tobacco seedling and the activity of nitrate reductase adapted well to the nitrogen(NH4NO3) level of 10mmol / L.It may be concluded that NH4NO3 is the best nitrogen fertilizer for tobacco seedlings.
