摘要
以CATIA为开发平台,机械设计、分析与模拟模块为开发工具,对标准直齿圆柱齿轮进行精确的三维建模和有限元分析,结果得到齿轮的网格图、应力分布图及位移分布图,为齿轮的可靠性设计提供重要依据.
Introduction to the precise modeling method of standard spur gear is given on the bases of the CATIA being taken as the development platform and Mechanical Design,Analysis ＆amp; Simulation being taken as the development tools.Provided important basis of the spur gear s reliability design through gridding charts,stress and displacement distribution maps after finite element analysis.
