摘要
对生物质低热值燃气的互换性配气方法进行了研究和探讨,比较并分析了不同的配气组合。研究发现:对于生物质类低热值燃气,按照控制燃烧特性关键参数的原则,需要根据基准燃气的具体特点,选用CH_4、H_2、N_2或C_3H_8、H_2、N_2等不同组合,实现精确配气;其互换性控制参数,一般选择华白数和燃烧势两个指标,进行生物质燃气的配气设计就可达到相当精度。
Interchangeability methods of low thermal value biogases were studied and discussed, the different combinations of interchangeable gas-mixing were calculated and analyzed in view of the characteristics of biogas. The results indicate that for the low thermal value biogases, the different combination of CH4, H2, N2 or C3 Hs, H2, N2 can be chosen to achieve accurate biogas interchangeability according to the control principle of key parameters of combustion characteristics. Generally, The indexes of Wobbe Number and Combustion Potential can be chosen as common interehangeability control parameters of biogases mixing, and the considerable accuracy can be achieved.
