城市地下空间产权变迁的历史是与整个空间的产权变迁结合在一起发展演化的。社会经济发展与科学技术进步,使包括城市地下空间在内的空间权从土权中相对独立出来,由于受不同法系影响,空间权在具体演化过程中又形成了普通法系和大陆法系两种模式,两种模式存在融合的趋势。

The history of underground space's property right change goes together with the whole space's property right change. It is social economy development and scientific and technical progress that make the space's property right separate from the soil property right. Because of the influence of different law systems,the space's property right has generated two models,namely,the Continental Law and the British & US Law,trending towards mergence.
