摘要
用分光光度法测定了单取代5-氟尿嘧啶卟啉与锌(Ⅱ)配位反应的平衡常数,并用温度系数法求得该配位反应的热力学函数ΔrHmθ和ΔrSmθ,探讨了不同溶剂对配位反应的影响及体系反应前后电子吸收光谱的变化。
The equilibrium constant of coordinate reaction of 5 - fluorouracil -porphyrin and the zinc ( Ⅱ ) was determined by spectrometric methods. The changes of standard molar enthalpy △rⅡm^θ and the changes of standard molar entropy △rSm^θ of the coordinate reaction were obtained from the plots of InK vs 1/T . And the influence of dift^rent solvent to the coordinate reaction was discussed . Their UV -vis spectra were reported .
