德国职业教育体系及对我国建设职业教育的建议

Germany's Dual System Vocational Education and Proposals on Vocational Education in China's Construction Industry

对德国职业教育体系进行了研究,德国国民教育体系分为基础、中等、高等教育3个阶段,对中等职业教育5种类型进行了全面的分析与阐述,同时介绍了德国职业教育的法律法规体系,总结出德国职业教育6个方面的主要特色.在此基础上结合我国建设行业职业教育实际,提出了5个方面的建议.

Germany s national educational system is divided into elementary,secondary and higher educational stages.This paper carries out a study on Germany s vocational education system and comprehensive analyses and elaborations on its five types of secondary vocational education.Meanwhile,presented are the legal systems of Germany s vocational education and summarized are its major characteristics in six respects.Based on the practice of vocational education in our construction industry,the author offers proposals from five aspects.
