示范院校建设是一种示范文化.在阐释示范文化内涵的基础上,提出了示范性高职院校示范文化建设应当遵循的理念及从教学模式改革、校内制度建设、特色文化打造等方面实现示范文化的途径.

The construction of a national model higher vocational college is a demonstration culture.Based on the interpretation of the connotations of demonstration culture,this paper presents the concepts to be observed in its construction and the avenues to its realization in national pilot advanced vocational colleges from such aspects as the innovation of teaching models,the establishment of school systems and the creation of specialty cultures.
