Learning from German Dual System Mode and Improving Personnel Training in Higher Vocational Education

通过对中德职业教育基本要素进行比较,提出了借鉴德国"双元制"职业教育,从加强高职教育师资队伍建设,高度重视并切实保障实习实训的效果,全面培养学生的综合素质,改善高职教育科学发展环境方面,提高我国高职人才培养工作水平提高的措施.

In light of the comparison between the essential factors in Chinese and German vocational education,this paper presents favourable measures for learning from German dual system mode and improving China s vocational personnel training in such aspects as strengthening the contingent construction,safeguarding the practice and fieldwork effects,cultivating the students comprehensive quality and bettering the scientific development environment of higher vocational education.
