摘要
教学是学校的中心任务,而教学管理是对学校的中心工作进行有目的、有组织、有计划的组织和管理的活动。教学管理工作的优劣成败决定着学校的教育教学质量和学生人格培养水平。追求人文精神、秉承科学和崇尚法治是高校教学管理的三重理性向度。
Teaching is the central task of a college, and teaching management is to organize and manage the college's central task in a well-planned way. The quality of teaching and the the level of cultivation of students' personality are determined by the success or failure of teaching management. With the pursuit of the humanistic spirit, advocating the rule of law and upholding the science, the author discusses triple-rational dimensions of college teaching management.
