Teaching is the central task of a college, and teaching management is to organize and manage the college＇s central task in a well-planned way. The quality of teaching and the the level of cultivation of students＇ personality are determined by the success or failure of teaching management. With the pursuit of the humanistic spirit, advocating the rule of law and upholding the science, the author discusses triple-rational dimensions of college teaching management.
