安徽省项目地区中学生艾滋病防治知识行为调查

Investigation of KAP on HIV/AIDS among Middle School Students in Project Areas in Anhui Province

目的评价安徽省示范区/全球基金艾滋病项目地区中学生艾滋病防治教育效果。为该人群健康教育提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样方法,对我省10个示范区/全球基金项目县6793名中学生以面对面方式进行问卷调查。结果艾滋病防治知识平均知晓率为92.29%。无偿献血不会传染艾滋病知晓率由中期评估的46.3%上升到86.8%(χ2=2043.71,P<0.001),每6个月以上献血1次对身体无害知晓率中期评估的59.1%上升到91%(χ2=1370.47,P<0.001)。结论安徽省项目地区中学生艾滋病教育效果较好,知识知晓率达到了第二个五年计划目标要求。今后应持续加强学校对中学生艾滋病防治教育。

Objective To understand KAP on HIV/AIDs of middle school student from the dexemplary area in Anhui Province / Global Fund AIDS project areas,and provide basic data for developing health education plan among the population.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling method,6 793 county middle school students from the 10 demonstration areas in our province / Global Fund Project were investigated with questionnaire.Results HIV/AIDs knowledge rate of the students was 92.29%.Knowledge rate of non-remunerated blood donation not transmitting AIDS t increased from 46.3% in mid-term evaluation to 86.8%,（χ^2=2043.71,P〈0.001）.Knowledge rate of no harm for blood donors whose blood donation interval exceeds more than every six months increased from 59.1% in the mid-term evaluation to 91%,（χ^2= 1370.47,P〈0.001）.Conclusions Education effect of HIV/AIDs on the students in Anhui project areas was good.Knowledge rate of HIV/AIDS reached the target of the second five years plan.Education of HIV/AIDs on students should be strengthened continually.
