摘要
针对节能和提高供水质量问题,系统采用PLC、变频及自动控制技术相结合来实现供水控制的系统自动化软件设计,通过实验模拟过程控制实验装置来组建供水系统及软件的设计来达到供水自动化的目的。通过实践证明,该系统具有精度高、抗干扰能力强,对供水质量、节约能源和运行可靠性具有较好的改善。
In view of the energy conservation and the enhancement water supply quality question, this design uses the frequency conver- sion velocity modulation technology, the PLC technology and the automatic control technology, realized the water supply control system design and the software design, set up the water supply system and the software design, achieved the water supply automation system through the laboratory simulation of process control equipment. The system is evaluated with high precision and anti - jamming ability to improve the quality of water supply, energy conversation and operational reliability.
