摘要
虽然中国在2008年北京奥运会上取得了举世瞩目的成绩,但不可否认的是我国竞技体育的某些环节依然存在很多不足。现行的以"三级制"为主的竞技人才培养方式已经不能满足我国竞技体育的快速发展,我们应选择多元化的竞技体育后备人才培养方式。
China got a great achievement in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, but the competitive sports in China are far from perfect. The current cultivating mode dominated by the threelevel system can no longer meet the requirement of competitive sports development, therefore, it is necessary to realize the diversification of cultivating methods for competitive sports reserve talents in China.
