摘要 采用高效液相色谱法测定无核紫葡萄中白藜芦醇的含量。使用Shimpack VP—ODS色谱柱,甲醇—水(体积比为65∶35)为流动相,流速0.8mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长306nm,在此条件下进行检测。结果显示,无核紫葡萄中白藜芦醇的平均回收率为99.147%,RSD为1.727%。本方法测定准确可靠、简便、快速。 The content of resveratrol in seedless grapes were determined by HPLC. The determination were studied under the following conditions: the use of Shim-pack VP-ODS column, mobile phase methanol and water (65:35) , flow rate 0.8 mL/min, column temperature 35 ℃, detecting wavelength 306 nm. Results: The seedless grapes contains resveratrol, the average recovery was 99.147%, RSD was 1.727%. In this paper the superiority of method were accurate and reliable simole and fast.
