综述了新疆棉籽油脱臭馏出物的基本成分、分离提纯方法、甲酯化研究,以及脱臭馏出物生产植物甾醇、VE和脂肪酸甲酯的综合应用现状。

The current knowledge of the fundamental ingredient, separation and purification of the cottonseed oil, in addition the applications of distillation of the cottonseed oil were reviewed in this article. Meanwhile, the application of the vegetable phyosterol, vitamine, and methyl fatty acid were summarized.
