基于“工学结合”实训项目设计的理论研究与实践——以物流管理专业为例

Research and Practice of Training Project Design based on Work-integrated Learning——a case study of logistics specialty

高职教育重在培养学生的职业技能。文章对如何设计基于"工学结合"的实训项目以培养学生的职业技能这一课题进行了大量的理论研究与实践。提出:充分利用区域经济优势,深化校企合作,将教师服务企业与学生实训项目开发紧密结合,设计来自企业真实课题的综合实训项目,提高学生学习兴趣与效果,将"工学结合"落到实处,使学生所学与企业所需无缝连接。

Vocational education pays attention to improving students＇ vocational skills. The paper focuses on how to design appropriate training projects based on ＂work-integrated learning＂ to improve their vocational skills. It proposes to further deepen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, link the faculty＇s industry service with the development of students＇ training projects, design genuine enterprise projects for the purpose of comprehensive training and intrigue the students＇ studying interests. If the ＂work-inte- grated learning＂ can t）e put into use, the students＇ knowledge acquired at school can be linked seamlessly with the enterprises＇ needs.
