摘要
当前国内铁路客运枢纽站区的规划无法摆脱固有的思维模式,过于强调分区,追求大尺度,开敞的景观效果,造成一定程度的土地资源浪费。在倡导建设节地节能型和"以人为本"社会的时代背景下,本文从建立混合型站区、空间立体化发展、量化各项指标、刚性和弹性结合这四个方面,论述节地型的站区规划模式。
The railway passenger transport hub area planning can not get rid of the inherent mode of thinking, emphasis on zoning too much, pursuit of large-scale, open landscape which cause a waste of land resources. In the background of building the land-saving, energy-saving and "people-oriented" society, this paper researches land-saving stations planning model, considering four aspects : the establishment of hybrid zones, the development of three-dimensional space, quantitative indicators and the combination of rigid and flexible.
