摘要
天津保定桥为独塔单索面钢箱梁斜拉桥,索塔锚固区采用钢锚箱结构。本文建立空间实体单元有限元模型,对索塔锚固区钢锚箱结构的应力状态和应力分布规律进行仿真分析。采用非线性接触方法模拟了钢锚箱中承压板与锚垫板之间的紧压密贴关系。结果表明,在最不利荷载组合作用下,钢锚箱的应力分布合理,索力传递流畅,承载力满足设计要求。最后提出了改善索塔锚固区受力性能的构造措施。
The Tianjin Baoding Bridge is a single-cable-plane steel box cable-stayed Bridge with single-column Pylon. Steel anchor box structure was used in the cable-tower anchorage zone. According to brick finite element analysis, a whole-process simulation analysis of the stress state and distribution is implemented. The tight relations between the bearing plate and the setting plate of the steel anchor box was simulated by nonlinear contacts method. The results show that, under the worst load compounding conditions, the stress distribution of the steel anchor box is reasonable, the cable force transfers fluently, and the carrying capacity satisfies the requirement. The configuration measures for amending the mechanical behavior of anchorage zone were proposed finally.
