收益共享契约下闭环供应链应对突发事件的协调分析

Closed-loop Supply Chain Coordination under Disruptions with Revenue-Sharing Contract

针对一个制造商-零售商构成的闭环供应链,在考虑随机性需求基础上,首先分析了收益共享契约对闭环供应链的协调作用。然后,探讨了收益共享契约对突发事件的协调作用。研究表明:基准的收益共享契约对突发事件将不再发挥协调作用。为此,给出了闭环供应链对突发事件的最优应对策略,并调整了原来的收益共享契约使其具有抗突发事件性。

For a closed-loop supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer facing stochastic market demand, the coordination function with revenue-sharing contract is analyzed firstly. Then, the coordination with revenue-sharing contract under disruptions is studied. The result shows that this coordination may be broken off by an emergent event. Thus, an optimal strategy for the closed-loop supply chain to the disruptions is given and, as optimal response to the disruptions, an adjusted revenue-sharing contract is proposed which has anti-disruption-ability.
