摘要
从河池市利用大洋D3-Edit非线性影视编辑机制作天气预报出发,结合制作中出现的问题,探讨非线性影视编辑在天气预报制作中的应用。
Dayang D3-Edit nonlinear audio ＆ video editor machine is used to produce the weather Forecast TV program in Hechi City Meteorological Bureau. This article studies the problems raised during the program producing, and discusses the application of the edit machine on weather forecast.
