从宏观到微观——赣南“农远工程”微观运行机制探究

From Macro to Micro——Research on the Micro-mechanism of Modern Distance Education in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools Project of Gannan Area

摘要 赣南地区"农远工程"运行过程遭遇到了许多困难导致运行效果不佳,主要原因在于忽视了项目学校微观运行机制的建设.通过建立数学模型,可以找出这个微观运行机制的核心问题是教师的贡献能力的提升和发挥的问题.在此基础上,教师培训、激励机制和经费支持等方面成为建设"农远工程"微观运行机制时需要考虑的三个主要问题. In present, it runs with weak effect, when the modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools project of Gan nan area met so much trouble. It is the main reason of the problem that the construction of micro-mechanism of the project is neglected. By mathematical modelling, it can be found that the core problem of the micro-mechanism is to prmote and develop the teachers'contribution ability. Then, teacher training, excitation mechanism,and financial support becomes the three main factors in constrcuting micru-mechanism of the project.
