摘要
目前高师体育院系教师教学质量评价中存在评价结果处理不细、评价指标体系设置不完善等不足,为了提高教师教学质量评价效果,必须构建评价主体、评价指标体系多元化,定性与定量、平时教学检查与学期集中评价综合一体的"多元定性定量"一体化评价体系和方法.
There are some problems of teaching quality evaluation in most physical department of Normal Universities now, such as lacking the detailed analysis of result and the perfect evaluation system. In order to promote the effect of teacher' s teaching quality evaluation, a " multiple qualitative and quantitative" evaluation system and approach should be established. The "multiple qualitative and quantitative", evaluation system should consist of a evaluation subject, a multiple evaluation system, and be based on the quality and quantity measurement, and combine the normal teaching inspection with the term centralized evaluation as well.
