滇东南边疆苗族地区国民教育的现状与思考——以麻栗坡县董干镇马崩村为例

Present Situation and Consideration on National Education in the Frontier Area of Miao Minority in Southeast Yunnan——An Example of Mabeng Village in the Town of Donggan in Malipo County

滇东南边疆苗族地区的国民教育非常落后,原因很多,既有历史的原因,更有苗族经济贫困的原因,近几年的大中专毕业生就业形势紧张、外出务工潮、早婚习俗等都对此产生了消极影响。要改变这种面貌,提高对基础教育重要性的认识、政府加大投入、边疆苗族自身观念的转变都是必不可少的。

There are many reasons for the backwardness of national education in the frontier area of Miao in Southeast Yunnan, such as the historical reasons and underdeveloped local economy. In recent years, a tough job market for graduates, influx of migrant workers and the practice of early marriage all have produced negative effect on it. It is necessary to recognize the importance of fundamental education, increase government investment and transform Miao＇s own concepts on education, if improvement need to make to the situation.
