依托资源优势打造乡村生态旅游品牌 促进社会主义新农村建设——以西畴县莲花塘、兴街、新马街三乡镇为例

Developing Quality Brand in Countryside Ecologic Tourism and Promoting the Construction of New Socialist Villages——An Example of Three Towns in Xichou County,Lianhuatang,Xingjie and Xinmajie

乡村生态旅游是一种充分利用农村资源开展的旅游活动,其依托的资源主要是城市周边地带的自然景观、田园风光和农业资源,而这些资源的所有者和创造者都是农民。笔者通过实地踏勘、听取情况介绍、查阅有关资料、以及走访部分干部群众,对发展乡村生态旅游,培育新的经济增长点,促进农民增收致富,加快贫困地区社会主义新农村建设形成了一个初步的思考。

Ecologic tourism in countryside can make full use of countryside tourism resources created by farmers, for instance, natural scenic spots, idyllic scenery and farming resources surrounding cities. Based on a field investigation, referring to related information and interviewing local rural cadres and farmers, the paper presents proposal for improving countryside tourism, fostering new growth areas and increasing sources of income for farmers.
