摘要
《英语语音》是英语专业开设的一门独立实训课程,是语言类专业重要的基础技能训练通过课。文章以《英语语音》课程为研究对象,探讨地方新建本科院校《英语语音》教学中存在的问题,建议通过合理选取教材、弹性修订教学计划,整合资源、实现共享,优化教学方法,完善语音考核机制的途径来提升教育教学质量。
English Phonetics is a practical course for English majors, and it is an important one to train students＇ basic language skills. The article discusses the problems in English Phonetics teaching and puts forward some suggestions to enhance teaching quality： selecting proper teaching material, making flexible teaching syllabus, integrating and sharing diverse resources, optimizing teaching methods and promoting testing mechanism of the course.
