高职院校提高师资素质和教学能力的研究

Research on Improving Teachers' Quality and Teaching Ability in Higher Vocational College

论述了当前高职师资队伍建设的背景、提高高职师资素质和教学能力的目标、主要内容和主要措施,认为师资素质和教学能力建设应当以提高教师的基本素质,改善师资结构,创造良好的师资发展环境为主要内容,应当由政府主导建立高职师资培训基地,完善相关法规,加大投入力度;院校应当引导教师更新教育观念,组织实施师资引进、培训、培养等工作,改善内部师资管理。

The article analyzes the staff construction in higher vocational colleges, the improving of teacners＇ quality and the aim, content and measures of improving their teaching ability. It argues that the main content of teachers＇ quality and ability improvement should be to perfect teaching staff＇s structure and to create favorable developing environment. The government should regulate the construction of training center for higher vocational teachers, improving relevant laws, strengthening financial and other imputs. The colleges should on one hand guide the teachers to update their educational concept, on the other improve the administration.
