健心颗粒对心衰大鼠心脏指数的影响 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨健心颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的作用及机理。方法观察健心颗粒对15周龄SHR大鼠心重指数(HWI)和左室质量指数(LVWI)的影响。结果健心颗粒能显著减少中高剂量组大鼠心重指数(HWI)和左室质量指数(LVWI)。结论健心颗粒能有效抑制SHR心脏肥厚和左室肥厚,并减缓心肌组织结构的破坏。
