Nd:YAG激光治疗人工晶状体眼并发睫状环阻塞性青光眼

Nd: YAG laser in treatment for ciliary block (malignant) glaucoma with intraocular lens.

目的探讨人工晶状体眼的睫状环阻塞性青光眼的激光治疗方法及其临床效果。方法采用Nd:YAG激光行玻璃体前膜切开治疗19例(19眼)人工晶状体眼的睫状环阻塞性青光眼,随访3～24个月,观察治疗效果并进行统计学分析。结果 19例(19眼)激光治疗后眼压较术前明显下降(P<0.001),前房深度明显加深,不需要药物治疗,随访期间眼压均在21mmHg以下。结论用Nd:YAG激光玻璃体切开治疗人工晶状体眼的睫状环阻塞性青光眼安全、简便、有效。

Objective To study the results of Nd：YAG laser in thetreatment of ciliary block （malignant） glaucoma with ArtificialLen. Methods Nd： YAG laser in treatment for 19 eyes of 19cases withciliary block （malignant） glaucoma with Artificial Lens, observe theintraocular pressure, the anteroom situation before the treatment andtreated latter. Results After laser treatment, the intraocular pressuredecreased obviously （P 〈 0. 001 ） , the anteroom deepens, need notmedicine, and had controlled the intraocular pressure well（ 〈 21 mmHg）, all these patients were followed up from months 3 - 24 months. Conclusion Nd ： YAG laser in is safe and simple and effective technique of treatment for ciliary block （malignant） glaucoma with Artificial Lens
