脱细胞羊膜在结膜囊成形术中的研究与应用

Clinical study and use of amnion extracellniar allograft matrix in the treatment of conjunctival sac narrow.

目的研究脱细胞羊膜组织补片在结膜囊成形术中的临床效果。方法对46例(46眼)羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后结膜囊狭窄进行结膜囊成形术。随访观察6～18月,平均11月。结果 16例均获得良好效果。3月后组织补片呈正常结膜色泽外观,且稳定。无感染、坏死及排异等发生。配戴义眼片后患眼外形满意。结论采用脱细胞羊膜组织补片进行结膜囊成形术,取材方便、手术安全、疗效可靠。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Amnion extracellular matrix （ AECM ） in the treatment of conjunctival sac narrow. Methods 46 cases （46 eyes ） with eonjunctival sac narrow post-operation hydroxyapatite （HA） implantation were treated with allograft aeellular dermal matrix. Follow-up ranged from 6 to 18 months（averaged 11 months）. Results 46 eases all got satisfied clinical effect. AECM emerged the normal colour and outward appearance of conjunctiva post-operation 3 months. No infection, necrosis or exclusion took place and good cosmetic effect were got after artificial eyes used. Conclusion It was suggested that AECM was convenient and safe on the conjunctiva sac rebuild in the cases of conjunctival sca narrow, the curative effct was trustworthy.
