摘要
目的分析糖尿病性白内障行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术后的并发症。方法对206例(206眼)糖尿病性白内障行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入进行临床观察其并发症。结果糖尿病性白内障术后并发症显著比对照组多。结论糖尿病性白内障术后并发症较多。手术前后控制血糖至关重要。
Objective To analyse the complication of postoperation in diabetic cataract. Methods Then with smallineision non-phacoemusification and intraocular lens implantation were performed in 206 cases （206 eyes） with diabetic cataract. To analyes the postoperative complications with their diabetic courses. Results The postoperative complications of diabetic cataract the results was overwhelming majority in comparison with contrast group. Conclusion The postoperative complications of diabetic cataract is much and contrulling blod glaucoseis very important.
