角膜前表面非球面性参数在准分子激光角膜屈光手术中的应用

摘要 随着准分子激光矫正屈光不正手术的发展,如何提高手术后的视觉质量,已经成为新的研究热点。其中角膜非球面性是影响术后视觉质量的一个重要因素,成为准分子屈光手术医师关注的焦点之一。大量研究表明,手术后角膜非球面状态发生明显的变化,由术前的长椭圆形(prolate)演变为术后的扁椭圆形(oblate);非球面改变的直接结果是使角膜的负球差和高阶像差增加。高阶像差的增加导致手术后的对比敏感度较手术前降低,进而影响视觉质量。本文就角膜前表面非球面性参数(Q值)及其相关与不相关因素予以综述。
