Clinical Diagnosis and Its Evaluation of ENG in 1500 Cases

目的:总结多种疾病的眼震电图表现,为临床诊断和军事医学体检提供检查和诊断依据.方法:总结丁1500例眼震电图资料.结果:讨论厂中枢性病变(脑瘤,脑梗塞,桥小脑角肿瘤,椎基底动脉供血不足等)和对周围性病变(梅尼埃病,突发性耳聋,前庭神经元炎等)疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断要点.结论:眼震电图对前庭周围性疾病和颅内器质性,非器质性病变均有重要的诊断价值.提出颅内占位等器质性病变的“快动向”和椎基底动脉供血不足的“慢动向”等特点.对诊断中特异性波型进行讨论.

The electronystagmography (ENG ) data of 1 500 cases were analysed. Importantpoints of diagnosis and differential diagnosis between central lesions and peripheral lesions wereproposed. Fast moving direction and slow moving direction were the characteristic waves of organ-ic lesions and no-organic lesions of the brain. The results showed that ENG have important valuein diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the lesions of the brain.
