摘要
建立了蜂窝式汽封流动特性的三维数值模型,系统地分析了蜂窝孔径、高度、汽封入口蒸汽压力和主轴转速等结构与运行参数对汽封内流动特性的影响。研究结果表明,在运行参数不变的情况下,减小蜂窝孔径或增加蜂窝高度都有利于降低汽封漏汽流量,提高密封效果;在结构参数不变的情况下,汽封漏汽流量随入口蒸汽压力增大而增加,但随主轴转速增大呈现减小的趋势。
A three- dimentional numerical model for flow characters in honeycome- like gland sealings has been established, the influence of structure and operating conditions of honeycomb - like gland sealings,such as their aperture and height,their inlet steam pressure,and rotating velocity of the main shaft etc. ,upon the flow characters of said gland sealing being systematically analysed. The results of study show that the increase of aperture and height of said gland sealings is helpful for reducing the steam leakage flow rate and enhancing the effectiveness of sealing under condition of constant operating parameters. However, under condition of constant structural parameters, the steam leakage rate from said gland sealings is increasing along with the increase of inlet steam pressure, and having reduction tendency with increasing the rotating velocity of main shaft.
