摘要 选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝反应器中的烟气流动情况对于脱硝反应的实际效果有显著影响。对SCR反应器入口烟气流场、SCR反应器氨浓度分布及SCR反应器出口烟气流场进行数学模拟。通过在弯头处增加弧形导流板,调整喷氨阀门开度,在SCR反应器出口段加装了4个垂直的导流板后,优化了SCR脱硝反应器中的烟气流速和氨浓度分布,在保证氨逃逸率的前提条件下,使脱硝效率达到设计值;通过模拟对烟道及反应器进行优化,大大降低了烟气对催化剂的冲刷,消除了烟道及反应器的飞灰沉积。 The flow field of flue gas in denitrification reactor using selective catalytic reduction (SCR) has remarkable influence upon the actual effectiveness of said reactor. A mathematical simulation has been carried out for flow field of the flue gas at entrance of SCR reactor,for ammonia distribution in the reactor,and for flow field of flue gas at outlet of the reactor. Through adding arc - shaped baffle plates at the elbows,adjusting the open- degree of ammonia spraying valves.and adding four vertical baffle plates at outlet section of the SCR reactor, the flow speed of flue gas and the ammonia distribu tion in SCR denitrification reactor have been optimized. Under prerequisite condition of ensuring the escape rate of ammonia, the denitrification efficiency can reach the designed value. Through simulation, the flue duct and reactor have been optimized, reducing greatly the washing away of catalyst by flue gas.eliminating ash deposition in the flue duct and reactor.
