摘要 对某电厂410t/h锅炉掺烧褐煤试验期间出现的原煤斗篷煤和制粉系统爆炸问题进行了分析研究,认为其主要原因是原煤斗下煤口截面积小,原煤斗煤位低,原煤斗附近环境温度低以及起、停制粉系统时延用了磨制烟煤时的操作方法。对此,采取了加装振捣装置、缩短原煤斗的上煤间隔时间、延长磨煤机停止后的吹扫时间等措施,解决了原煤斗篷煤和制粉系统爆炸问题。锅炉褐煤掺烧量达到31.6%,不仅节约了燃料成本,而且缓解了因烟煤紧缺导致机组被迫停运的被动局面,保障了机组的正常运行时间。 The problems of coal - awning in raw coal bunker and explosion in coal pulverizing system during test period of mixedly burning brown coal in a 410 t/h boiler of one power plant have been analysed and studied. It is believed that the main causes are as follows., the small cross area of coal - dropping outlet from the raw coal bunker,the low coal -level in and low ambient temperature near the said bunker, and the operation method for pulverizing bituminous coal is continuously used in start -up and shutdown of the coal pulverizing system. For these, some measures have been adopted, namely adding the rapping mechanism,shortening the time interval for coal loading into the said bunker, lengthning the purging time alters hutdown of the coal pulverizer etc.. After implementation, the above -' men- tioned problems have been solved,making the amount of mixedly burning brown coal to reach 31.6%, not only saving the fuel cost,but also alleviating the passive situtation of forced shutdown in operation of unit due to shortage of bituminous coal,ensuring the normal operation time of unit.
