摘要
在ZGM-113G型中速磨煤机出口管道上采用零压摆动式取样针装置对煤粉进行等速取样,通过对煤粉细度、质量的分析,了解分离器挡板开度、磨煤机通风量、磨煤机辊液压加载力对ZGM-113G型磨煤机工作特性的影响。分析表明:分离器的有效调节范围在45°~65°之间,对应煤粉细度R90在10%~40%之间变化;分离器挡板开度对通风阻力、磨煤机单耗有较明显影响;通风量对磨煤机的出力、煤粉细度、制粉电耗等均有影响;在满足出力的要求下,应尽可能降低加载力。
By using the isokinetic sampling method with zero- pressure pendulum probe, the samples of pulverized coal have been taken from the outlet pipeline of ZGM medium speed coal pulverizer. Through analysis of the fineness and mass for pulverized coal, the influence of some major factors upon the operating characters of said coal pulverizer, such as the damper opening degree of classifier, the primary air flow rate. the hydraulic loading force of grinding rolls etc. , have been understood. Analysis shows that the effective adjusting range of classifier is within 45°-65°.the corresponding fineness of pulverized coal R90 varying within 10%-40% ;the damper opening degree of said classifier has com paratively remarkable influence upon the ventilation resistance and the specific consumption of coal pulverizer;and the air flow rate affects the output capacity of coal pulverizer,the fineness of pulverized coal, and the power consumption of coal - pulverizing system, etc.. Under condition of satisfying the requirements of output capacity of coal pulverizer, the loading force should be reduced as possible.
