摘要
20世纪90年代以来,全球跨国对外直接投资呈快速增长的态势。近年来,我国的对外直接投资规模也在不断增大,民营企业的比重不断增加。温州作为我国民营经济的发祥地,在对外直接投资中也走在全国前列。本文以哈杉鞋业为例,全面揭示了其产品"走出去"→市场"走出去"→品牌"走出去"→资本"走出去"→全球化经营的梯次跨越过程,总结了其理论意义,并提出了民营企业对外直接投资的启示和政策建议。
Since 1990s＇,there has been rapid growth in cross-border foreign direct investment globally. In recent years,China＇s foreign direct investment is also increasing,with increasing proportion of private enterprises. Wenzhou, the birthplace of China＇s private economy,plays the leading role in foreign direct investment in the whole country. The paper takes HAZAN Shoes Corporation as an example,and explores the development of private enterprise in for eign direct investment,which is from market to brand,capital and global business. At last the paper summarizes its theoretical meaning, and puts forward the inspiration and countermeasures about foreign direct investment for private enterprises accordingly.
