棉花的主要品质指标与品级之间的关系

Relationship between main quality indexes of cotton and its grade

用HVI检测标准原棉样品的马克隆值、断裂比强度、断裂伸长、反射率(Rd)、黄度值(+b)等品质指标,用统计学方法分析各指标与原棉品级的关系,并作出趋势图.结果表明,原棉的马克隆值、纤维断裂比强度、纤维断裂伸长与原棉品级并不呈一次线性关系;棉花色泽特征能够反映其品级特点,色特征级与原棉品级之间存在一定的辩证关系;感官检测所得的原棉品级并不能准确地反映原棉的品质特点.

The cotton fiber＇s micronaire value, strength, breaking elongation, reflection （Rd）, yellowness （＋b） and other main quality indicators are detected with High Volume lnspenction. Meanwhile the trend diagram is constructed and the relevance between each indicator and cotton grade is analysed by means of statistical methods. The results show that the relationship between cotton fiber＇s micronaire value, strength, breaking elongation and raw cotton grades are not a linear. The color characteristics of cotton can reflect its grade characteristics, and there is a dialectical relationship between cotton color characteristics and grade, while cotton grade getted by organoleptic testing does not reflect its quality characteristics accurately.
